How to return or exchange a purchase or gift


We are happy to exchange any item, or accept any return, whether you are the original purchaser or the recipient of a gift, subject to the following conditions. Please read carefully:


All sales are considered final after 30 days. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable.


Sales of seasonal and holiday items are considered final after 10 days.  Sales of  personalized  planters are not eligible for return.


All sales are considered final if the item has been used. Please do not return used items.


 


 


Full Refund... We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item (sorry, shipping is not refundable) when the item is returned to us within (postmarked by) 30 days of purchase AND all original tags are attached, the item is unused and in new condition, and all original packaging is included. Please ensure that the package you choose to return the item in is the proper form of packaging to protect the item from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. You need not call first before returning items within 30 days with tags attached and in unused condition. See below for information regarding to whom or to which credit card a refund will be issued. See below also for return address.

 


 


Late Returns, or If the tags have been removed... At our option, we may accept an exchange after 30 days, or if tags have been removed. Sorry, no returns after 30 days. Please call for return authorization in this instance: 336-724-0457 or  e-mail info@myflowerbox.com. Sorry, we must charge a 25% of purchase price restocking fee on items returned later than (postmarked later than) 30 days after purchase or for any seasonal items which have had tags removed.

In most cases, you do not need to call us before returning your merchandise. Send to:

We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry, we do not pay return shipping costs.

 


 


Exchanges... Exchanges will be treated as new orders. Please place your new order online, info@myflowerbox.com  or phone 336-555-1212. We offer free U.S. ground shipping on even, size-only exchanges (limited to one free exchange shipping per order number or per item). Shipping will be charged upon shipping the exchange, but refunded when we receive your return.

 


 


Which Credit Card will be Credited?... We can only credit the credit card used by the original purchaser for any returns or for any differences in purchase price from exchange. We do not give refunds in cash or check, and we do not credit a different credit card. If you have received a gift, you may return it for exchange or store credit only.

Items paid for using PayPal will be refunded in kind (i.e. via PayPal).
